The Compliance monitoring system is a key feature available in the mobilesoap Enterprise solution which helps monitoring the mobile devices hygiene compliance of all users in the enterprise and thereby helping in improving overall hygiene and reducing infections. The Health officer will be able to view a real time compliance dashboard that will help him to monitor the organization’s compliance levels based on various filters selected.
The mobilesoap platform lets the Compliance officer do the following:
- Create custom hierarchies for the enterprise: Create departments/roles/rooms/wards/business units etc, anything that fits the enterprise.
- Create users and associate users into any level in the created hierarchy
- Create and manage user access levels
- Create cleaning and disinfection policies and work schedules at any hierarchy level
- Monitor compliance levels at hierarchy levels or at individual levels with dynamic filter options. Compliance charts can be generated over various time periods to see how the Compliance levels are affected.
- Publish and print these compliance reports.
- Publish and send Hygiene education related material to users across the organization.
- Send messages and notes to groups or specific users.
